Use Access Fees found on the Oil & Energy menu that will be automatically added to orders created with Customer Service, Generate Scheduled Orders or Generate Summer Fill Orders. Fees can be manually added in Access Open Fuel Orders.

Enter a Description of up to 50 alpha-numeric characters and select the non-inventory Fee Item by entering the ID or select F12 to search. Select the Will Call Only checkbox to apply the fee to Will Call orders only.
Use the Items grid to add specific Items the fee will apply to, click into Use Type, an optional field, and choose a specific Use Type, an optional field, or a specific Tier. If left blank, the fee will be available to any transaction and automatically applied to Tanks with the item selected on the Automatic Fees tab.
Set the Sites where the fee is available by accessing the Sites tab and adding Site IDs.
